Geared toward older adults, this class focuses on proper posture and form, as participants ease into beginning mat Pilates exercises. This class is safe, low-impact and great for just about every fitness level!
$10 drop-in; $35 for 5 class; $60 for 10 classes -- Pay through Sierra 2 Center
