Virtual Group Mat Class

Pilates on the mat is all about working with your own body weight to strengthen, stretch and tone. The occasional use of small props like therabands and small exercise balls can help to provide support and resistance. You will learn the basic principles of Pilates strengthening the full body while focusing on deep abdominal muscles, pelvic lumbar stability and the importance of mind-body connection.
I understand that if I do not allow at least 24 hours notice before canceling a session, I will be responsible for the charge. In case of an emergency, I will contact Lauren Byram with as much notice as possible, and will receive a credit to reschedule within the same calendar week if her availability allows. Pilates packages are non refundable and must be used within the month they were purchased for.
