Service Description

Grab a friend and sign up for a semi-private Pilates session! Strengthen and stretch alongside your Pilates partner in crime. Have fun while you're working on breath, body awareness, alignment, and balance.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I do not allow at least 24 hours notice before canceling a session, I will be responsible for the charge. In case of an emergency, I will contact Lauren Byram with as much notice as possible, and will receive a credit to reschedule within the same calendar week if her availability allows. Pilates packages are non refundable and must be used within the month they were purchased for.
