Bringing movement to you whether you're at home, in the office, on the road or out of the area. Schedule an online private session and we can start working on your movement goals together! Your Pilates sessions don't have to stop because you can't make it to the studio. Take Pilates anywhere!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I do not allow at least 24 hours notice before canceling a session, I will be responsible for the charge. In case of an emergency, I will contact Lauren Byram with as much notice as possible, and will receive a credit to reschedule within the same calendar week if her availability allows. Pilates packages are non refundable and must be used within the month they were purchased for.
