Private sessions are great for new students who want a personal introduction to Pilates or those who are working towards specific goals.

Private Mat Session

1 hour - starts at $30

Pilates on the mat is all about working with your own body weight to strengthen, stretch, and tone. The occasional use of small props like therabands and small exercise balls can help to provide support and resistance. You will learn the basic principles of Pilates strengthening the full body while focusing on deep abdominal muscles, pelvic lumbar stability and the importance of mind-body connection.
