I highly recommend doing a one-on-one session to get you started because each body is unique and everyone’s situation is different. For instance, you might need modifications due to prolapse, diastasis recti, or other prenatal/postpartum issues. Our one-on-one sessions set you up with a strong foundation to better help you in group classes, virtuals, and on your own.
